Ideas, Proposals & Suggestions

1. Purpose

Sangoda Investment Company Limited welcomes engagement from clients, partners, and the public. However, it is important that we maintain a clear policy regarding unsolicited submissions of ideas, concepts, proposals, or business plans to protect both SANGODA and those who contact us.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to any unsolicited submission including:

  • Business proposals, joint venture ideas, or partnership requests
  • Technology or product concepts related to freight and logistics
  • Creative materials, marketing ideas, or campaign proposals
  • Route suggestions or new service concepts

3. Our Position on Unsolicited Ideas

SANGODA employs a team of logistics professionals, strategists, and business development experts who are continuously developing our services. It is therefore possible that any idea submitted to us may be similar to concepts already under consideration internally.

By submitting any idea or proposal to SANGODA without a prior written agreement, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The submission does not create any obligation on SANGODA to review, consider, or compensate for the idea
  • SANGODA is not liable for similarities between your submission and independently developed concepts
  • SANGODA may use, develop, or discard the submission at its sole discretion without compensation
  • Your submission and any related materials become SANGODA's property upon receipt

4. Solicited Engagements

If you have been specifically invited by SANGODA to submit a proposal (for example, in response to a Request for Proposal), that engagement is governed separately by the terms of that specific RFP or agreement, and this policy does not apply.

5. How to Submit a Formal Business Proposal

If you wish to explore a formal business relationship with SANGODA, we encourage you to contact our Business Development team directly to discuss the terms of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before submitting any sensitive or proprietary information.

6. Anti-Spam

Unsolicited commercial emails and bulk marketing messages are not welcome. SANGODA reserves the right to block and report sources of spam. For legitimate marketing partnerships, please contact us through the channels listed above.
