The SANGODA name, logo, colour scheme (Navy Blue and Amber/Gold), and related trade identity are registered trademarks and the intellectual property of Sangoda Investment Company Limited. We take the protection of our brand seriously to maintain trust and quality in the freight forwarding industry.

2. Permitted Use

You may only use the SANGODA brand assets if you:

Are an authorised agent, partner, or service provider with a signed agreement
Are a journalist or media professional referencing SANGODA in an editorial context
Have received prior written approval from our marketing team

3. Prohibited Use

You must NOT use the SANGODA brand, name, or logo to:

Represent yourself as SANGODA or an affiliated company without authorisation
Create confusion in the market through similar branding or domain names
Promote competing freight or logistics services
Imply endorsement or partnership without a signed agreement
Use in any manner that could disparage or harm SANGODA's reputation

4. Online Impersonation

We actively monitor for fraudulent websites, social media accounts, and email addresses impersonating SANGODA. If you receive any communication purporting to be from SANGODA that seems suspicious, please verify by contacting us directly at info@sitl.co.tz or calling +255 689 831 986.

5. Reporting Infringement

If you become aware of any unauthorised use of the SANGODA brand or name, please report it immediately to:
